"Dumb Struck Oinkers" and (update) "Quackers"

Hey Eric I have two lever action rifles. I use on one a marbles peep sight so I get a longer sight range and I am capable of holding 3 to 4 inch groups with my 45 colt at 100 yards. I also have a .357 mag lever an I am able to do the same. I also work up my own loads to get the best possible shot I can. On the 357 I have a williams sight. take a look at there sites.

Way to freeking go...

Last night we did a big batch of ribs using a method I learned from Chuck. Seasoned lightly, tightly wrapped in cellophane, then wrapped in foil, and low-low heat baked until they were fall off the bone tender .....DELICIOUS!!!

 If I were so fortunate to do this recipe again I would grill for a minute after cooking to add a bit of color to the meat but we loved them just the way they were....all hot and steamy. Oh, just realized that there is another half of a flat left over in the fridge.....they are gonna go GREAT with tonight's GIANTS game...GO GIANTS!

UPDATE! Just went out in the yard and a the dairy rancher neighbor from across the street drove by and we had a chat. Asked him if I could shoot ducks around his pumpkin patch ...he said go for it. Two minutes after walking out of the drive way a pair came by......life is good ....but not for ducks.
