Hey genius, that is the beauty of reproduction, they make a replica and don't even need the actual specimen.  Go ahead, you can eat it.

He hopes there's room for another someday.

"I'm going to go out there and catch a bigger one -- they're out there."

I had some grouper once from a 200+lb fish and it wasn't the greatest.
