crazy, imagine if that was a kayak huh?
Their was a report of a Killer whale doing exactly that to a kayaker and I believe it broke the guys back. Maybe posted three years ago.

Brent, are you referring to the sailboat or kayak encounter? I believe the Snopes reference was to the kayak encounter.

That said, I wonder if the insurance company will deny coverage for the broken mast, claiming act of nature.
