Will anybody be halibut fishing Santa Cruz area the week of July 19 thru the 24th. i am a novice and looking to tag along and fish and learn.

going to be leaving town tonight so no can do.  If you go out of capitola, odds are there will be other yaks on the water.

Has anyone been catching any Butts down there?  Haven't seen any reports lately...a couple of us are thinking about hitting MBK on Sunday hoping to luck out.
