I really have enjoyed the last last two trips and have found myself wishing that there was a
trip later in the season.  This really increases the odds of a yellowtail bite.  My problem is this
trip falls right in the end of my dove hunting opener. :smt010  Oh well, dove smove, I'm in!

You and your bro killed it last year Ed.  That last minutes halibut on day three was nice! 
I can't wait to see what the farnsworth bank looks like in September. Sure it is almost three miles straight out from the campground, but anytime you go from 300' to 25', it could be worth the paddle! See ya in May and Sept! T/L.

2-3 years ago, I had a camping trip all planned out for Catalina but I had to cancelled due to the wild fire.

Sound's like a great trip, but my oldest daughter's birthday is the Sept - 12th.
Fishing trip over my girl 's B- day, I would never live it down..
