Oakland Airport Tuesday AM

I've got sturgeon fever bad.  I need to go.  Company welcome.  I'll probably be there around 9:30 am for a few hours of fishing.    I just read the following Coastside report from yesterday:

Finally nailed one at the oakland airport today. 55" sturgeon on filleted frozen herring in about 15' of water. made it to the ramp at san leandro at about 9am. Got a good bump and drag at about 9:30 but still a little green so I didnt set the hook good enough. About 20 minutes later, two pumps and the rod bent over far. This time he had it good and took off. I was afraid of loosing it so I took my time and kept the pressure on him. Took about 20-25 minutes to get him in. pulled the hook, snapped a picture and back in the water to fight another day. This was my first one thanks to some great advice and cordinates from a fellow coastsider at the ramp on saturday. Didnt get the name but had a sturegon on the deck of a 19' seapro cuddie and 130hp Honda OB? (not sure) Thank You!
