Kayak Fishing Clinic, Saturday 5/15 - Scheel's Fish Fest in Reno, Nevada

If you happen to be in the Reno area this weekend, I'll be doing a Kayak Fishing Clinic on behalf of Hobie at the big Scheels Sporting Goods store on Saturday from 1pm-2pm.  I'm looking forward to my first visit to this impressive store.  I hear that it's twice as big as Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop and has a full size ferris wheel and sea plane in the store.

11:00am - 4:00pm: Bike Rodeo
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Kayak Fishing Clinic
2:00pm: Casting Contest
3:00pm: Youth Fishing Seminar (First 100 kids will receive a FREE tee!)

Never been to Cabela's, but at least twice the size of BPS. Definitely over the top. It's it's own two story mall. Good luck, have fun.

Cool... Thanks!   I'll try to resist the urge to gamble, so I can save my hard earned dough for the toys in the store.  I'll try to remember to take some pics.

Allen, unfortunately no fishing for me on this trip.  It's gonna be a quick trip with just enough time on the side to visit a few relatives in the area.
