When problems arise in a family, we should talk/discusst them and try to work them out, that's what a family is all about.

Sonny is right, and perhaps it's the OG's responsibility as the tribal Elders to open and guide that discussion, rather than walk away from the perceived problem.

Totally agree but we are mostly adults here and to baby-sit another is not easy. The mods try to keep the peace by warning certain repeat offenders (adults who act like troublesome juveniles) about what they say and how they act towards another member. During the early days, it was not much of an issue to "police" because it was a small group and everyone knew each other on a personal level. There was no doubt that eventually, memberships would grow and the more peronalities we got, the more likely to have friction. We have had our share dissagreements but most of the problems were resolved with a simple phrase "we can agree to dissagree and let's leave it there and move on....see you on the water - Peace"

Bottom line = Respect and you will get respect back. Disrespect and you are warned. And if you continue to bring BS on the table, then you get un-invited. I think this is a very simple rule and soooo easy to follow. NCKA is by no means a "perfect" site but I've been to a few in the past and I've seen the "growing pains". It's really up to the mods and EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of this community to keep the peace, the good vibe, and the Harmony between all.

I know I sound like a broken record but I don't mind repeating myself to keep NCKA the way it was.

Let's move on, board our kayaks and fish....coz this is what we do, enjoy and share :headbang:

Welcome to the madness :smt001

The OG has spoken. :karate
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
