I read some reviews on this video, they either love it or hate it.  Since you're into this sport then you'll probably love it.

Jack Likins one of the Co Producers of the movie conspired with the State Parks along with Francesa Koe to close Salt Point to ab divers during the MLPA meetings so they could keep Sea Ranch open. I guess SR is where he dives but has little access for the general public some were talking about boycotting his movie.

Pow!  That's big, Mike, and I thank you much for posting it.  It rings a bell with me, and now I have more reason to focus in on that...  It's that selfish aspect of the 10 thing that is the heart of the matter and would be a big part of my movie. 

They have copies at Petaluma sport and dive Eric. If you want me to get you one and mail it to you, say the word. I'm over the differences fellow diver and fellow man.

...and the NRDC, and the Ocean Concervancy. He threw us and all other ab divers under the bus.  He is also a pompous @#$%^.  I want to punch him in the face!!! 

He gave away a lot of copies at the beging of the MLPA process, I'll send you mine if I still have it.

If you only knew just how far this guy went out of his way to conspire with the enviros to protect his favorite rock at Sea Ranch you would feel the same way.  He is a jerk.

Anyone know the location of Jack's stash of abs? Putting the word out to pay special attention to it, would make Jack a dull boy after a couple years, I'd think.

In all seriousness, if he only has one spot that he keeps going back to for all his 10's that sounds pretty dull and like not much of a challenge or adventure.  My 10's have come from dozens of different spots, and I continue to go to new areas to explore even though I know where I've left some old growth.  It can't just be about the 10's - not forever.  It's been about the movies for a while.  Now it feels like it's about passing the torch to friends.  In the future I hope it's about me and my kids and the thrill of their discoveries in the ocean.  I want my goals to keep evolving to fit my location on my path.
