277.8 to start. This morning 266.4. slow loss, but hanging in there.

Holding steady.. 283.5

Same here...holding steady at 209.5

Hovering myself despite two wonderfully long days paddling and a couple long walks chasing turkeys. Almost had one but just as I was going to bag it a coyote jumped them . Exercise alone is not gonna do it...now it's time for me to cut the calories for real..

I really increased the exercise but the scale doesnt care...

Yeah, holding here too at 208.  The mass comes off fast at first, but then comes fried abalone and abalone chowder and fish and chips and.....beer.

Shoot, I've taken 9 abs on my card already.

Alright, it's time to always be hungry again.

Seems like a few of us need to step it back up.  GAWD knows my Easter dinner was NOT BLOTY compliant.  I thought my two rides and a hike were enough...not!

Easter got me too, it was also brewclub week (got a 10g oatmeal stout simmering now)...  Last week 179, this week 179.2.  Start 184.7.

Work is shut down this week and I'm taking my dad and son camping/hiking in death valley.  Hopefully that'll mean lots of exercise and not lots of double cheeseburgers on the way out and back... 

238 this morning.  seems i've reached an equilibrium weight.  i'll have to make a change to the program to get the next weight change.
