People think fishing off kayaks isn't a good idea either   There's a world of difference between the protection provided by a bimini and a flippin hat.  I think it'd be a worthy project. 

agarcia's got a point.  Maybe 3 years from now we will all be lining up to by the Kayak Cover.  Like when I told my friends 30 years ago that someone should sell bottled water.  They looked at me and said that was a stupid idea, I agreed and we laughed about what a stupid idea it was

Just checked out Mr. Greco's website and talk about taking the simplicity out of it.  Might as well purchase a used skiff for that price - it might even be cheaper.
