Bounced jigs and shrimpflies off Scotty Creek for about 2 hours with BSTEVES.  Caught some good tacos (blues, blacks, and black&yellows to 2 lbs), but nothing too exciting.

I went out yesterday afternoon about 4:30 and made some drifts for butts in the Bodga Harbor near Porto Bodega for nada as well.  It was a nice escape from the 100 degree heat in Santa Rosa though.

According to the lady at Wil's, they've been catching some butts in there and in the turnaround channel near Lucas Wharf.   None for me though.

I fished scotts creek. north side. actually launched at the mouth of the
creek, and also used it to get from the beach to the launch spot.
return was a little more exciting than I like, rode a wave in...

fished from about 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. when the fog came in.
Fished with my friend Leo, his foot is feeling a little better after
dropping the filet knife into it.

one good size vermillion?, largest rock fish I have caught,
2 chinas(? black, yellow, pink), 2 blacks or blues.

In general, we had good action off the waterfall in the cliff.  being noobs
actual fishing time vs screwing around time wasn't that high.
